The customer must agrees to the following terms and conditions prior to order.

By placing an order the client is authorizing the company to pass on the order to the respective merchant / vendor for delivery. |

Delivery schedule varies between same day delivery to delivery within three business days depending on the destination city or town. In all major cities we can deliver within 24-36hours (business days) and 36-72hours (business days) in all other places. |

If the ordered product is out of stock and 0800pakistan.com is unable to deliver the product, a complete 100% refund will Be made to the customer. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc caused due to the non delivery and non availability. |

In case of flowers, cakes & sweets
(all being perishable items) if the receiver or any
representative is not available or refuse to accept
order at the time of delivery, we shall take the order
as delivered. However we always try to take an appointment
over phone before delivery. |

Flower arrangements shown here are indicative. We do our best to give better result than shown. It may be possible that actual arrangement varies due to availability of flowers and other reasons beyond our control. |

If ordered flowers, sweets, cake, chocolates are not available in the respective city or town, we shall deliver alternate flowers, sweets, cake, chocolates of desired quality and equal to (or greater than) order value. |

If there is no one available at the shipping address (to accept the delivery of your order) at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made. |

In case a delivery attempt was made and could not be delivered due to either a wrong address no refund will be given. |

We DO NOT deliver on SUNDAYS and Public Holidays in Pakistan. |
